Coko Aretokore / Sculptor (Wine Top Art)

Born in Osaka Prefecture, graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts with a degree in Sculpture. Started creating installation and sculpture works during student years and established a genre called "Wine Top Art" in 2018. Exhibited in solo and group exhibitions nationwide, with numerous awards at various art fairs.

"Wine Top Art" is the creation of animal-themed art using discarded wine caps and corks. It emphasizes utilizing the natural characteristics, colors, and designs of these materials without any additional coloring. The art aims to express the beauty and uniqueness of animals, emphasizing our connection with them and our planet. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from this activity is donated to support animal protection efforts and promote the regeneration of Earth's resources.
