The beginnings of all my paintings come from nature.
As I looked at the scenery, I suddenly saw the trees and creatures in the scenery.
When I naturally look at something and the moments I see are stuck in my memory, they become memories even after the passage of time.
I take pictures of the landscapes and objects I see, or capture them with my eyes and create the atmosphere and space of that day in my paintings.
Rather than looking at a landscape or a still life and capturing it as is,
I envision and draw what I want to include. Excluding what I want to leave out, I put the natural phenomena that I liked to see, the melody, sunlight, wind, temperature, light, and shadows I heard that day, and the emotions I felt as I directed them, into the picture.
The spectrum of this work is expected to gradually expand and be shown in landscapes with a wider frame. |
